How to come to Eguisheim from Strasbourg by car ?

Drive to Colmar on the A35.
Leave on junction number 28 to Herrlisheim and continue on the D1 until Eguisheim.

How to come to Eguisheim from Colmar by car ?

Colmar- direction Belfort- Rouffach (not Mulhouse) on D30 then N83 Exit : Eguisheim on D14.

How to come to Eguisheim from Mulhouse by car ?

Mulhouse-direction Strasbourg on A36-E54- E60
Then A35 to Colmar
Leave on junction 28 to Herrlisheim and Eguisheim.

What is an e-bike ?

Pedal without tiring, this is the main advantage of an e-bike. It offers the possibility to carry children and climb slopes without supplementary efforts. You can reach 25km an hour after just a few pedal strokes and avoid sweating. You will find it very easy and intuitive.

Do I need maps or plans for my ride ?

No, it is not necessary to embarrass you with guides or maps. Our e-bikes are equipped with GPS (option) that offer a summary of the essential locations and will enable you not to get lost.

The GPS function ?

The GPS gives the possibility to select different rides according to your wishes. All our tours are a summary of the essential sites in our region. It will enable you not to get lost.

How many persons for a guided tour ?

The guided tours are in small groups (generally, not more than 8 persons for 1 guide)for safety reasons and conviviality.

Safety on our circuits ?

Safety is very important for us, we favour little countryroads through the vineyards and narrow streets in the villages with little traffic. We recommend to wear a helmet and a yellow jacket although it is not compulsory in France. We will give you a few safety instructions before you start for a perfect tour.

Who is it for ?

Individuals or companies, family or friends, small or big groups we adapt to your wishes.

What for the younger ones ?

We have a range of bikes for 4 to 12 year old children. Bigger you must measure more than 1,50m and of course be able to manage to go for a ride on your own. If your child weighs less than 30kg we adapt one or two optional bike seats or a bike trailer that can be converted in a pushchair for two children.

Eat, drink and visit ?

The GPS will give you a selection of our best plans we have carefully chosen for you.

Luggage ?

For the "Stay" option, a luggage transfer could be included. Your luggage will be in your hotel room at your arrival. A paid baggage locker is also available at our shop for all the other bookings.

Is it possible to rent a bike for several days ?

An hour, half day, a day, a week-end, a week or more, take your time to visit our region or distant countries.

How to cancel ?

All the reservations give rise to the perception of a deposit of 30%. The renter may cancel the booking under the following conditions:
- More than 30 days before the service: Cancellation without motive and refund of the deposit.
- From 30 days to 24hours before the service: ACT keeps the deposit for compensation.
- Less than 24 hours before the service : the entire amount is charged to the renter who is obliged to pay. No cancellation fees when the cancellation is caused by duly justified illness or terrible weather conditions.
